This is a partially adapted disabled 2 bedroom end of terrace house. There is a recreation ground across the quiet road to one side. There is a green in front with just the one joining house next-door. Only 14 houses in square, mostly private, with off road parking for all residents. The “Rec” has Football/rugby in the winter and in the summer cricket. There is a bowls green and tennis courts on the other side with a small children’s play area with swings and things. We have a back gate that used to be double gates for where a ramp from a dropped kerb to a garage (Long gone) It would be very easy to restore back to a driveway as tarmac slip and solid base remain there. Also a concreted area by the back door that was going to be turned into a patio area but never got round to it. Grass from there to back fence. The whole of the back garden is fenced off with 6\' panels including the next-door neighbour. South facing back garden which is a suntrap! We even have a palm tree to add to that “Tropical theme.... Haha! A small side garden edged by established trees which offers great privacy, and a small front garden. Most in the square have turned into a driveway. There is plenty of room to increase the size of the house as most in the square have done, with room to extend to rear/side. It's a very short walk to Shops/post office/docs/dentists and good nursery/infant/junior/senior schools, vets about a mile away. A ten min walk to Stanford Station with trains every half hour for a 15 min journey to Lakeside Shopping centre, 45 min commute to LONDON, 25 min to Southend on Sea. The local bus runs every 15 to Basildon, 20 min to Lakeside Shopping centre. 15 mins to Basildon on to Chelmsford. What we want is:- a 2 bed semi or EOT HOUSE/Bung.
