lovely 2 bedroom ground floor garden flat,nicely decorated.laminated flooring throughout.newly fitted kitchen.seperate shower room with electric shower,in cubicle unit ,fully tiled,toilet also fully tiled.bedrooms are both doubles.nice size lounge,with door to garden,which is all fenced ,with decked area , paved.wiyh boarders of nice plants. a large garden shed, which will be staying .garden gate for side accses .2 mins walk to local shops. co.op.bakers,chemists,post office,and lots more.10 mins from town centre.which there is a market tues and sat . the flat is in a small block of six flats. neigbours are very nice.the reason for wanting to move is to be near my family in berkhamsted.
