I Have a decent sized, two Bedroom, semi-detatched house in the Odd Down area of Bath. Both bedrooms are doubles, and we have a newly fitted kitchen, new boiler system, and recently added loft insulation. We have pretty front and back gardens, which lead out to open country side to the rear of the house. We also have our own driveway, with parking for up to 2 cars. Friendly neighbours, excellent transport links, with bus stops within a minute walk form our property. Great choice of local schools, and access to nearby shops. This area has much to recommend it, but I would like to move as my daughters are growing rapidly, and I would like more space. I have lived here for 12 years, so it would be good to have a change! I am looking for a three-bed house, with garden, within 5 miles of Bath centre. I would consider a two bed if the property is a good size or in my preferred areas, Which would be Weston, Moorlands, Fairfield, Lansdown, Bathwick.

we have lived in this house for nearly nine years and we are very happy here and love the house and garden but due to ill health we need to retun to bath to be near our family so we need to exchange our large 3 bed semi in village of charfield near to school,village shop,post office,petrol station and pubs the house has a large newly fitted kitchen leading to conservetory then out to large fenced rear garden also downstairs is toilet,downstairs bedroom and sitting room with bay window looking out on to front driveway and cul-de-sac up stairs is 3 bedrooms (the largest one we have sectioned of and made into two bedrooms so 4 bedrooms up stairs at the mo) you could remove false wall and return to 3 beds also newly fitted family bathroom up stairs we are looking for a large 3/4 bedroomed house in bath we would like whiteway or southdown area
